Ordering
When you order goods on trimatic.no, you enter into a purchase agreement when you choose to confirm your order on trimatic.no. Trimatic will send a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail to the contact information you provided when ordering.
Ordered goods remain the property of Trimatic until they have been fully paid for.
Changes to your order
If you discover an error in your order, it is important that you contact us immediately to change the order before we configure your parts.
In the event of obvious errors (e.g. incorrect price, printing error, etc.), Trimatic reserves the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you have the right to cancel the order.
Inventory
The actual stock status of an item is stated in the store. If Trimatic notices that your order cannot be delivered in full due to any discrepancies in the stock status on trimatic.no, we will contact you. You will of course have the right to cancel or change the order. Trimatic reserves the right not to fulfill an order if the item is sold out or in the event of a technical failure. The same applies if the stock balance has changed from the time of ordering until we have processed your order. In such cases, Trimatic will refund any payment made by the payment solution chosen.
Prices and payment methods
The price for the goods you order is the price stated on trimatic.no on the day you ordered or when you last changed the order, subject to printing errors or other errors. All prices exclude VAT.
Shipping
Items will be shipped by the most suitable method or as selected during the ordering process. If shipping quotes cannot be obtained or is excessive, we will contact you to arrange other methods.
